You know that feeling of having a closet full of clothes but nothing to wear?

You want to refresh your closet, but you don't necessarily want to buy new clothes.

That's where the idea of clothing swap parties came from. These parties became a global trend and the inspiration for this app.

With this app, you earn "diamonds" when you upload photos of your new amazing clothes/clothes in new condition that you no longer wear. These "diamonds" are then used to purchase new stunning clothes from another woman's closet without taking out your wallet. It's easy to use and ecological as well!

RESEARCH

USERS

I surveyed women in the ages of 18-45 in order to understand their main needs in the process of looking for second hand clothes.

What do they find most important?

What do they feel is lacking in current second hand clothes apps?

Based on the results, I compiled a main user profile.

MARKET

In my research, I examined a vast amount of second hand clothing apps, personal fashion blogs, leadings clothing sales apps, and social trading apps in order to understand what is currently popular, and how to create a user experience that will be efficient, easy to use and effective for my users.

TECHNOLOGY

In order to improve the visuals and presentation of the clothes in the app, I researched several technologies, including AR (Augmented Reality) and AI (Artificial Intelligence).

I used apps that use both of these technologies to understand what makes the clothes look most aesthetic and appealing.

THE PROBLEM

My research revealed that users struggle to find clothes on second hand apps due to the non aesthetic images of the clothes.

The clothes do not seem appealing to women who are used to fashion apps that have very clean and professional photos

I also discovered that women are looking for the personal aspect of style and the social aspect that is very strong in fashion blogs and Instagram.

THE SOLUTION

An app with a social character that allows you to bring clothes in a new condition and purchase clothes in the same condition, without using money with a strong emphasis on personal style and personal connection to the owner of the clothes. Using ai technology that burns the background of the photo and gives it a clean and professional look.
